Santa Cruz handyman Geoff Bjorgan successfully converted a 1986 Honda motorcycle into an electric, pedal-assist bike. The bike is heavy, but can cruise at a speed of 21 miles an hour. The headlight is an old oil lamp from a ancient horse driven hearse.
